Terms and Conditions - Lulu's Premier Pass

Lulu’s Premiere Pass – Terms & Conditions

(Effective for the 2025 Season)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Lulu’s Premiere Pass for the 2025 season. By purchasing and using the Lulu’s Premiere Pass, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated as necessary.

2. Membership & Eligibility

The Lulu’s Premiere Pass is available to individuals aged 16 years or older who are residents of the UK, the Channel Islands, or the Republic of Ireland.
BBFC film age ratings apply. Photographic identification may be required to verify age, and failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of entry.
The Lulu’s Premiere Pass is not proof of age for purchasing alcohol or age-restricted films.

3. Pass Benefits

The Lulu’s Premiere Pass entitles the holder to one cinema ticket per screening at Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show.
Only one booking may be made at a time. A new booking can only be made after the previous screening has taken place.
The pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the named cardholder. Misuse will result in termination without refund.
The pass does not guarantee a seat unless a ticket is booked in advance. Seats are subject to availability.

4. Booking & Ticketing

Lulu’s Premiere Pass holders must log in to the Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show website to book tickets.
Upon logging in, the system automatically applies a discount equal to one full-price ticket to the booking.
The pass holder can book additional tickets for others within the same transaction at standard pricing.
Only one discounted ticket per screening is permitted per pass holder.
The pass does not gran tpreferential seating or priority booking—all seats are subject to availability.
A valid Premiere Pass must be presented when collecting or using a booked ticket.

5. Food & Drink Discounts

Premiere Pass holders are entitled to a 20% discount on food and drink at the following venues:

The Crown Inn (evening dinner and drinks, on cinema event nights, when a ticket is booked)
Harry’s Woodfired Pizza (on cinema event nights, when a ticket is booked)
The Garden Bar (all drinks and sundries, on cinema event nights, no purchase limit)

Discount Terms:

The pass must be presented at the time of purchase.
The discount applies to cinema event nights for up to four guests, including the pass holder.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or meal deals.
All menu items are subject to availability.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You have a statutory right to cancel your Lulu’s Premiere Pass within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
After 14 days, the pass is non-refundable.
If you purchase your pass in person at The Crown Inn, refunds are not available, except in cases of fault or misrepresentation.

7. Suspension & Termination

Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show may suspend or revoke your Premiere Pass without refund if:

You attempt to transfer or misuse the pass.
There is suspected fraud in relation to the pass.
Someone other than the cardholder attempts to use it.

8. General Terms

The pass is valid only for the 2025 season and expires at the end of the season.
Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers at any time without notice.

By purchasing Lulu’s Premiere Pass, you accept these Terms in full. Enjoy the season!

Terms and Conditions

The following forms our terms and conditions and the purchase and attendance of our events is subject to the acceptance of these.

Site Safety

Events take place in the open air and frequently on soft grassed areas.

During the film all external lights will be extinguished until the end of the film.

Staff are available to assist you in the event that you need to leave before the lights are switched on.

In the event of an emergency, the Event Manager may make the decision to pause the film to allow the incident to be resolved.

No animals may be brought on site unless they are trained and approved service dogs or it is advertised as a dog friendly show.

Weather

Unless specified at the point of purchase all events are held outdoors.

Rain, temperature or low winds will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation unless they are considered to be a safety risk to guests, staff, or equipment.

Lulus Outdoor Picture House does not provide cover for guests in the event of rain.

Lulus Outdoor Picture House will not be held responsible for the damage or loss of guests property howsoever caused.

Guests who are unable to attend or who choose not to attend because of predicted or actual weather are not eligible for a refund if the event goes ahead.

Ponchos are provided to guests but these should be considered an additional item of water protection and guests should always dress with the weather and time of year in mind.

Cancellation

Events will not be cancelled in the event of poor or inclement weather.

Where events are cancelled we will notify guests using the email used to book tickets, a notification on our website or via social media or by a combination of the above.

Lulus Outdoor Picture House will not held be liable for any incidental costs that occur as a result of cancellation including but not exclusive to costs relating to: travel, hotel, restaurants or food and drink purchases.

In the event of equipment failure we may use alternative technology to screen the film, this may include the use of a substitute screen.

Headphones

Lulu's is a silent cinema and includes in the ticket price the hire of one set per ticket for the exclusive use of the film booked to attend. At he end of each film they must be returned. Lulu's reserve the right to charge the replacement cost for each set of headphones not returned at the end of the screening.

Tickets & Refunds

Tickets are emailed to guests, we cannot guarantee entry without the ticket. Replacement tickets may be charged for.

Refunds are only available in the event of a total cancellation where the event cannot be rescheduled and where the transfer of tickets to other events is not possible.

Refunds cannot be authorised by event staff and all enquiries should be directed to the Event Manager or via customerservices@ lulusoutdoorcinema.com

All refunds made via the website will be made with 14 days of the cancelled event to the card with which the payment was made.

Food, Alcohol and Drugs

Food and alcohol is not permitted to be brought on site, we reserve the right to search customers and prevent the admission of guests carrying alcohol.

Guests that become inebriated may be asked to leave.

Anyone suspected of taking or under the influence of illegal drugs or legal highs will not be admitted and/or will be removed from the venue.

Prohibited items

The use of your own music system including mobile phones, laptops and tablets is not allowed.

No fires or barbecues are permitted.

Guests Property

Vehicles and guests property are brought on site at your own risk.

No responsibility is taken for the loss, damage or theft of any item.

Children

Children cannot be admitted to any film where they are under the age of the BBFC rating.

Refunds will not be given in the event that a child or group are refused entry due to their age

Parents or Carers are responsible for their child at all times

Discount codes, Competition tickets & offers

Discount codes are made available periodically and can be withdrawn at any time

Possession of a discount code does not guarantee availability or validity of code

The sharing of discount codes without written permission of Lulus Outdoor Picture House is prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased using harvested or shared codes

There are no cash alternatives available for discounts, gifts or offers.

The decision of Lulus Outdoor Picture House in all competitions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Copyright Protection

It is illegal to copy or film copyrighted material including but not exclusive to the main feature film, any previews and any music played. We reserve the right to remove any guest suspected of copying material

Data Protection & Marketing

We operate an ‘opt in’ marketing policy and will only send marketing emails to those who have specifically requested them.

We reserve the right to contact all customers (regardless of their opt in choice) with event specific information in line with the Data Protection Act.

Customers may opt out from emails at any point.

We hold no information about credit cards or payment details.

Our mailing lists and customer information is not for sale and is never passed to any third parties.

Aggregated data taken from attendance may be shared with venues with all identifying data removed for analysis and research purposes.

We reserve the right to use any social media postings for promotional use.

We reserve the right to take photographs, videos and use drones at our events and use them for business promotional use.

Professional photographers must seek written permission from Lulus Outdoor Picture House prior to attending.
